What is the best solution? Thank you. . . what you think. tell me. I am now and not know what will be done. up.Korrektur wish him to that lock. >> You’ve already fired the prosecutor, but refuse to pay you? When I think of the National Bar Association or status bar, they can recover my money from me or I did not take the new lawyer to fight for this?

No. You call the National Bar Association
This is a civil case, not a criminal case at this point. You might go talk with a detective and see what advice they can give you ~ they might look into it to see if there are any other allegations filed on this lawyer which might help your case if there are.
Contact the Bar Association and then file a civil case against the attorney. Make sure you have all your documentation when you go to court and have copies that you can turn in for the courts to see (you keep the originals but have them handy in case someone needs to see them).
Good luck
The Bar will nuke him faster than a district attorney will.
Call the county bar association and tell them you have a grievance regarding attorney trust funds. They will take it from there. Though the popular impression is that lawyers can’t be trusted, we are unmerciful when any attorney steals from a trust fund.
