Do I Have A Good Case For Dental Malpractice?
My dentist said that my from teeth were wearing down and that he could put bonding on them to stop the wear. However he made my tooth too big which caused the bonging to chipped off the day after. I went back in and he rebonded it. The next day the same thing happened but less of the bonding chipped off so I left it alone. A few months went by and he tried smoothing it out so it was no longer jagged. A day later the bonding chipped again, this time taking some of my tooth with it. The tooth now hurts and it looks like crap. I don’t want alot of money just whatever he was charging me for the dental work and however much it will be to fix the tooth. Thanks.

No, you don’t have a case for dental malpractice but you might consider changing dentists.
Medical treatment errors are one of the top ten reasons for death.
Errors in medical treatment can take place at various stages of treatment.

I think so, but before you try to take up a law suit go to a lawyer and ask them about your case. They can save you a lot of money by just running a brief check over your case. Next decide how much the damage cost. How much will the lawyer cost? If the cost of the lawyer is more than the dentist cost, then figure out if you could get the Dentist to pay the lawyer charges as well.
I also, agree with helplessromatic2000. Get a new dentist!
I hope that I helped!
