Does anyone know of a good medical malpractice attorney who practice in Tijuana Mexico?

I underwent plastic surgery in Mexico and was released from the custody of their two liters of blood low. Then I few days later was transported to the emergency room and was told that I had a blood clot in my right lung in the operation and were treated for her for over six months. I now ask, what are my rights.
