    Sounds like a good idea but its easier for the Congress part we just vote them all out of office starting with the 1/3 this Nov.

    It all sounds good, if not practicable, until you get to the part about suing Congress. Are you aware that you cannot sue the Government without the Governments permission? They covered their collective posteriors more than two centuries ago and aren’t about to change coverage any time soon.

    Yes but it won’t happen because the lawyers won’t turn on each other. You can see how Congress is protecting the lawyers.

    Of course.

    Lawyers are sued for malpractice all the time. Every lawyer has to have malpractice insurance, the same way doctors do.

    But if you file frivolous lawsuits for the purpose of jamming the courts, you’re the one who will end up paying.
