Depends on the attorney. If you have any grievances about the attorney, contact your State’s bar association.

That depends on how big your down payment is for the case.
Add another 0 to the end of the sum-cost of the case and soon you’ll hear something like; ” As of now. Im giving first priority to your case ” ot ” Okay, I can probably do it lot sooner than i previously thought. ” Go ahead and try it. Offer the lawyer even more money and you might notice a change in his/her enthusiasm in your case.
This one really depends on an attorney. It probably will take more than a year. Hopefully, will get settled in two years. I think finding the right ( and honest!) attorney will not be easy; but it has to be done in order to prevent potential future deaths.
