Contact a firm, I don’t think that you will find one on here.
I don’t know the area you’re in but there should be a law firm near where you are or look in the phone book and ring around.
Im not an expert but I’d say you definintly have a good case!!

Do you know anyone that has previously been in a car accident A friend? relative? etc? Do THEY know anyone? The BEST way to find a Lawyer is by word of mouth. Ask your contact about their experience with their lawyer.
    OR:
Call your local (usually county) bar association. Ask them for names of Attorneys that handle Personal Injury cases.
When you call the law office(s), insist on speaking with the Lawyer. Do not tell all the little details of your matter to the Secretary – save the details for the Attorney.
When you get the Lawyer on the phone, ask him/her:
    - Do they have free initial consultations?
    - How much do they charge?
    - How will they get paid while working on your case?
    - Can they help you? OR Refer you to someone who can help you?
    CALL ASAP!! Good luck.

Go to Martindale Hubbell website. You will be able to find an attorney in this search engine in your area.
