I need a medical malpractice lawyer who will listen in the state of Arkansas!?

That happened to me I try to give all the facts. in August last year I went to a simple fracture hospitol Removel. The doctor said something went wrong and intestines were stolen. Two years ago I had gastric bypass and stomach, she said it was badly done, and redid it. I was very sick and had four major operations again to another doctor came to my bed and told his wife a person wound care has been fired because of me and her exact words were (just bullshit ), he said, if I stay with my doctor I have now, I’m dying. he’s scared the shit out of me. he said to my care, and it would hospitol Fly me to the other. I was so scared because I’m all alone knows the room with him and did not know what to think. I was then put into a coma for the pain and then my husband said she called twice to my children, I think dying. I had a staph infection, and I can not stop thinking about it.

The best way is call information or look on computer for you local Bar Association and they can look up a med mal lawyer and they usually do a free consultation. In the consultation they will see if you have just cause and make sure the statute of limitations is not up.

It would be difficult for any lawyer to accept your case as there are too ramifications and it appears that your claims are spurious. You can demand your medical records from any health care provider to support your claim and that might interest someone. Remember that your attorney has to provide both documents and expert witnesses to support your claim, like a criminal court where we have to prove guilt, you too must be able to substantiate your claim and unless there is merit in your case, it will be dismissed as frivolous. While I am not against you, I am telling you that it is a very difficult thing to do without sufficient proof. As a physician, I can tell you that we do not do hernia removal but simply repair the weakened muscle tissue. A comatose state for pain management is also unusual, and you failed to mention the need for the four major surgeries. I doubt that any attorney will accept your case, there are simply too many complications.

Have you tried to find one? It is hard because dr.s don’t like to testify against each other. It’s a club. Call the local bar association and get a list of malpractice lawyers in your state, and call all of them until you find one who will take your case. Good luck.
