I Need To Know If I Have A Case For A Medical Malpractice.?

I was never told that i have some kind of diease from my family doctor.I later fold out from my dentists since they fax the statement over to my dental seven months ago.But i was never told from my family doctor that i ever have a disease during my checkup or any letters.The dental that i went to never call me to inform me also of what i have until now seven months later.If i do have what was stated in the report i could have been seeking medical treatment and slowing down the disease progress but instead i was never knew all about it.My question is who is at fault??Family doctor or Dental???

    if the doctor knew that you deffinatly suffered from a condition it is their responsibility to tell you. It is part of ethical guidelines they are bound to
