Lawsuit alleges malpractice in ’08 fatal shooting
SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A medical malpractice lawsuit has been filed on behalf of the sons of a man who fatally shot his wife in a church parking lot in 2008. The lawsuit filed Monday in 3rd District Court contends that a nurse practitioner and a doctor prescribed, but failed to adequately monitor, a range of mood-altering drugs that were toxic to David Ragsdale.
