I have had an ongoing dental malpractice suit…started lawsuit 3 years ago….it’s finally settlement time…court ect. already did deposition ect. so lets say I win…which i hope….how long would it take for me to recieve the settlement money? Is the hardest part of waiting over? Am I finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel? We had a court day set for June but my attorneys assistant told me next week is some emergancy court hearing settlement thing. im so confused,

I am now concerned that my own lawyers are screwing me over as well as a Judge, court appointed attorney, my mother’s estate attorney and everyone else. I need to go in front of the Wisconsin Supreme Court with these issues, but am I just going to run into the same problem with lawyers looking after their own kind again? Who do I talk to, or where do I go to have someone answer some legal questions truthfully?

ok the insurance approved for my dentist to do a root canal on me, it was not hurting or anything , she ignored the other teeth that were hurting so bad that I had to call 911 from the pain, and why she did a root canal on that painless apparently healthy tooth is beyond my comprehension, as a result there is a tooth a waiting a crown and she is demanding $1,200 dollars for the crown to be put on without telling me this would be a result. I went in for treatment of the decayed teeth ( exctractions on the ones that hurt so bad i had to call 911, not for her to ignore those and then cut off the tip of a healthier panless tooth that costs $1,200 to fix) as if she was daingling a carrot in front of me, and she also drilled and shaved off some other teeth just because she felt like it, not for any benefit to anyone, she goes “hmmm shave that off a bit”
so what can I do? I feel violated. And worried.

I Cant Find A Lawyer To Take My Dental Malpractice Case.?

My inferior aveolar nerve was severed by my Oral surgeon. I am completely numb in chin, bottom lip and some teeth. I never knew this could happen. It is devastating. The only follow up advice from the surgeon was to see an out of state doctor for another surgery that may or may not repair this nerve and could cause further damage.
I spoke to a few attorneys offices who specialize in Dental Malpractice. All say negligence is hard to prove and that these cases are too costly and time consuming to take on so I just have to live with it? I am beside myself. I am just in shock and awe that an Oral Surgeon could injure someone this way and just walk away. If anyone has advice on any other way to pursue please let me know.
