The SOL is 2 years but I honestly can’t answer your question based on your info provided. I would think it would be 2 years from the date of negligence…meaning if treatment began 2 years ago and the negligence happened 13 months into it, it would be 2 years from that date.
Nonetheless, if you really think you have a case, you need to contact an attorney immediately. The attorney has until the 2 year date to file a case. My attorney waited until the week before the date was up.
the SOL is five years from the date the damage was done, and you can only win if you can prove malpractise or negligence.
