I was a whistleblower reported and the nursing homes, the government of injury and told me to fix, which could see the state, not what they could not. So, to keep silent and look the other. . . putting my priorities in order. So I did. . . I just got the call that I resigned. The lawyer I hired my affidavit, my letters, everything. . . and kept my $ 1,000. 00 There are no lawyers in this city, who shared this kind of case the lawyer tun.Der me two weeks before the statute of limitations, he needed me to repeat everything. When I hired him said he does not work copy and I trust him with my papers. He was always an excuse when I asked for copies at any time. He moved his office from one side of the street opposite and half a block, that is, if I think he got my papers and would not tell me then waited until the last minute I could do everything so fast. The repeat $ 1,000. 00, I gave him was when he was asked of him, then finance is needed to investigate could have to me. It satated he was just beginning and it took me back and when we won haben.Alles I never heard of him: “I went to the library and did some research and unearthed a lot of land on them. “The same is true for every time we talk. I could not find another lawyer, the city had not and said that out of the city, it has gone too far.

You will find it very hard to find an attorney to sue another attorney. You will have to go out of town, most likely into an area that will not share the same courts as yours.
You may contact the State Bar Association and not only file a complaint on them but get attorney recomendatons
If no lawyer in town will take your case, then your only recourse is to find one out of town. You could file an ethics complaint with your state’s bar association, but that probably will not result in you getting any monetary gain.
It sounds like your case will be problematic if your lawyer denies losing the letters and affidavits – how do you prove he ever had them? Make sure you keep copies of all your correspondence with your former attorney.
